Walking.

My family walking out of church. Walking is the form of physical exercise that the entire family participates in.

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Walking is my favorite. It’s not only an exercise but also a mode of daily transport. It’s free, and always within reach and can be done in and out doors.

Walking is my tour van around the neighborhood and puts me into meditation while I exercise my body. I can therefore do it alone but I can also do it with family, friends, colleagues or community. Therefore it can be both an exercise and fellowship. It’s like sharing food or a drink.

Walking is for all who have normal legs and bodies. I was born into it and I believe that as my mother watched me learn to eat and speak, she was also waiting for the day I would take my first step. And thank God that he gave me two good legs that have kept me physically fit and carried me about for fifty six years, for she told us that we all started walking at eight months.

Before I can run or drive, I walk. If I am sleepy at the wheel, I stop and walk about to refresh. I walk to the farm and I walk all day at work, having no excuse not to exercise because it is right there with me in every step that I take.

So I will keep walking as long as I can.

Can I say that there’s no time for exercise because I raking the garden. I’m walking as I take.
