Reflections.

For us who believe, it’s that big.
Watching these ducks from Great Habib Smart Farm Academy quickly get back into line after something scattered them makes me wonder why we humans often get out line into chaos, causing traffic jams, unless the police keeps us in line. Yet the Bible says that we should not need bit and bridle to cause us to obey.

‭Psalms 32:8-11 NLT‬
[8] The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. [9] Do not be like a senseless horse or mule that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.” [10] Many sorrows come to the wicked, but unfailing love surrounds those who trust the Lord. [11] So rejoice in the Lord and be glad, all you who obey him! Shout for joy, all you whose hearts are pure!

Even the sheep seem to take order seriously, even for relaxation, and they turn back to listen. How often do we listen to the Lord?

‭John 10:27 NLT‬
[27] My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
